|Of course. It is unlikely that you will experience any problem with the payment process, but if you do, we will put it right
ClubPay have a responsibility to ensure that payment is taken for the correct amount and in the correct manner from the card tendered. Where this does not happen and the system is to blame, we will put things right without delay.
We will debit your card for the amount requested by the subscribing organisation. If we make an error in the amount debited we will put it right. (Please see 'Can You Help With Disputes With Sellers?')
However, in instances where a customer is under or over-charged as a result of incorrect information being supplied to us by the subscribing organisation, it is the responsibility of the subscribing organisation to put matter right.
